Keith and Kristina invite you to stay in our home. The room is on the 2nd floor with a bathroom on the floor below. you’ll have access to the kitchen, dining areas, fast WiFi & free Parking. Very near the hospital and County Hall, a five-minute walk to these spots. For longer trips, the property is close to bus routes and Exeter’s railway stations. You can also walk to the historic quay. We have cats, so beware if you suffer cat allergies. Kristina speaks Latvian, Russian, and German.
Good to know
Room available in modern house. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, accessable by 26 steps (2 flights of stairs). The one thing to note is that the bathroom is on the floor below. Your welcome to use the kitchen and dining areas, or relax in the garden. Free parking. Best placed for the RD&E Hospital Wonford, as well as County Hall and Wyvern Barracks. Very accessable close to Arterial Road, but also on bus routes to Exeter City Centre and Mainline railway stations. Fancy a trip to the beach? Jump on the bus nearby which will take you to Exmouth. This room is very popular as it’s a large room. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

I'm in an ideal location, between the main hospital at Wonford, County Hall and Wyvern Barracks. Its a 25 minute walk to the centre of the city and the Quay. You can walk everywhere within Exeter. Your room is opposite green open space and it is so quiet at night.

Many of our guests choose to stay with us, due to being within 5 minutes walk of the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital at Wonford, County Hall and Wryvrn Barracks. We are also 10 minutes from St Lukes College. From the property you can also walk to the City Centre which is about 25 minutes walk. There are also regular bus services to the city centre. We are located on bus routes H , 2 and 57.
