Needed a room in the area. This was available at a great price. Plenty of space in the room. Comfy bed. The host, Keith, was very helpful and accommodating. 30 minute walk into the centre of Exeter. When I arrived I wasn’t sure where I could park during the day. Keith was kind enough to show me where the spaces were.

Extremely well located for my purpose, attending at RD+E hospital. The accommodation was exactly as hoped for, with a comfortable bedroom, excellent shower, and a useful kitchen. The host, Keith, was very welcoming and certainly helped make my stay in his property a success. I’d have no hesitation in booking here again. Thank you.

Tan tranquilo el.lugar! Las sabanas de algodon 100% desgraciadamente hoy es un lujo. Habitación espaciosa. Keith me hizo sentir còmoda. Muy amable y sus garos un amor. Au que tengo alergia en las habitaciones no están. El.lugar precioso. Un parque en frente. No es muy oscuro en la noche. Tiene un jardincito detràs. Y lo mejor? Ventanas a ambos lados. Puedes crear corriente si hace calor!!! Y se pueden abrir del todo! No como en muchos otros.lugares de esta.isla britànica. Genial todo. Uno de los mejores hospedajes en los que he estado. Llegué agotada a Exeter y me apetecía pasear un poco antes de ir a la casa de huéspedes. Pero como quedaba lejos andando decidí coger un bus. Y después ya no salí. Así que apenas conocì Exeter. Quizàs el supermercado queda algo.lejos si llegas cansada? No sé tal vez Keith podrìa tener algo.para comer de alguna manera...yo hubiera cenado algo...es una idea.

The best hosts! Comfortable , homy and nice place to stay with a cutie cat . Very welcoming and helpful ! I was advised to go to the Teignmouth, a beautiful city coat with a stunning views not far away and really enjoyed my weekend. Highly recommend. All good

We felt very welcome and at home in his house! The room was super clean and comfortable. The host is very accommodating and friendly, everything went well and was uncomplicated. We would stay there again and would recommend staying there! The cats were also super sweet :D

My host Keith was very friendly and accommodating which was lovely. My room was large, clean and a great en suite which was value for money. I would return again and recommend it. 10 out of 10. No shower hanger for my shower gel.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy, just like the pictures. It was quiet and comfortable to stay in. The cats were extremely calm, clean and gentle and didn't bother me at all, even though I am more of a dog person. The house is a beautiful English style on the outside fit with a garden at the back, from where you could access the parking space. The inside was renovated and equipped with modern and stylish furniture and houseware. I liked the feeling of personal space I got there. Even though I was one of three guests, I could rarely notice that. I enjoyed that pretty much everything I wanted to see in the city was just a walking distance away. It took me about 30minutes to get to the Cathedral and 15 to cross the river. Additionally, there is a very convenient bus route that stops just 2 minutes away from the house. Overall I had a wonderful stay and am thankful for Keith and his family's hospitality and would definitely recommend the place.
